From a small farm in Ontario to leading a multimillion-dollar business, my journey is a story of resilience, growth, and transformation. Here’s a timeline of the milestones that have shaped my path.
I grew up working on our family farm, learning the value of hard work and dedication from an early age. It took years for me to appreciate the incredible lessons learned and sacrifices my parents made.
After graduating from Niagara College, I took a commission-based Co-Op position at a branded merchandise company. Although I made only $10K in my first year, I soon became a top-producing rep.
I co-founded Brand Blvd. with Shaun Lichtenberger, creating an innovative branded merchandise business focused on establishing an incredible culture, proactive approach and amazing creative. Despite starting the business in debt, Shaun and I quickly learned vital lessons, sometimes the hard way. We built a team of incredibly talented individuals and learned by mentoring under some of the industry’s most talented.
In 2012, I joined Entrepreneur's Organization (EO), which opened my mind to a new world of people, opportunities and experiences. Over the years, I was able to shift my mindset from a world of scarcity and fear to endless possibility and abundance.
I was fortunate to celebrate Brand Blvd.'s 10th anniversary with significant business milestones, including the Distributor Entrepreneurs of the Year award, Canada's Top Entrepreneurs award, and recognition as one of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies. Despite all this success, I faced personal challenges and a sense of unfulfillment in my work.
Dedicated myself to overcoming limiting beliefs and finding harmony between professional success and personal fulfillment. This journey involved immersing myself in knowledge through books and podcasts, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with cycling and fitness, and exploring the profound impact of psychedelics for deeper self-awareness.
Getting married and welcoming two boys into our life helped me realize what truly matters. Fatherhood and marriage offered profound insights into the importance of cherishing every moment and understanding how quickly life can pass by.
I began transitioning out of day-to-day operations at Brand Blvd. Realizing it was time to get out of the way, we hired a CEO and an advisory board to help lead the company to new heights. This allowed me to focus on new ventures such as 1:1 coaching.
